6 Tbsps olive oil
1 organic lemon
1 tsp Dried oregano

½ Cucumber
2 Tomatoes
1 red onion
1 handful mixed Fresh herbs (5 g; dill, mint and parsley)
2 ¼ ozs Feta
5 ozs Kalamata Olive (without pit)
2 ½ Tbsps Red wine vinegar

Preparation steps

Rinse steak meat, pat dry, and cut into approx. 1-inch cubes. Mix with 2 tbsp. oil, lemon zest, and oregano in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, mix well, and let stand for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, rinse chickpeas and drain. Clean, wash, peel and slice the cucumber. Clean tomatoes, wash, cut out stalks, cut tomatoes into cubes. Peel onion, halve and cut into fine rings. Wash herbs, shake dry and chop finely. Crumble feta.

Mix cucumber, tomatoes, onion, feta, chickpeas, olives and herbs in a bowl with remaining oil and vinegar and season with salt and pepper.

4.

Thread meat pieces onto the wooden skewers and fry, turning, in a hot grill pan for 4-5 minutes over medium heat. Divide salad among 4 bowls and add 2 meat skewers to each.
