- 250 grams Beef
- 300 grams Celery root
- 1 onion
- 1 organic lemon
- peppercorns
- 1 red Bell pepper
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 bunch parsley
- salt (and pepper)
Preparation steps
1.
Cut the beef into thin strips. Peel and trim the celery, and cut into sticks. Peel the onion and cut into slices. Cut the lemon into slices.

Add the onion slices, lemon slices, peppercorns and 250 ml (approximately 1¼ cups) water to a pot and bring to a boil. Blanch the celery sticks in it.
3.
Heat olive oil in a large frying pan and fry the beef in it while stirring. Peel the garlic and cut into slices. Cut the red bell pepper in half, tinse, remove the core and cut into cubes.
4.
Add all the ingredients to the beef and cook for a few minutes. Rinse the parsley and finely chop the leaves. Sprinkle the parsley over the beef, and season with salt and pepper.
