400 grams Kohlrabi
1 onion
2 Sweet corn cob (fresh or pre-cooked)
2 Zucchini
2 Red Bell pepper
250 grams wax beans
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp Tomato paste
1 Tbsp ground paprika (sweet)
600 milliliters Vegetable broth
salt
cayenne pepper
marjoram (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Rinse beef and cut into 1-2 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) small cubes. Peel kohlrabi and onion. Cut kohlrabi into pieces and dice onion. Cut corn into thick slices. Rinse zucchini, trim, and cut into half or quarters lengthwise and then into bite-size pieces. Rinse bell peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into large pieces. Rinse beans, trim and cut into 3-4 cm (approximately 1 1/2 inch) long pieces.

Heat oil in a pot, sear beef on all sides, stir in tomato paste, paprika and onions, fry briefly and add a little vegetable broth. Simmer covered for about 1 hour. Add prepared vegetables and simmer an additional 30 minutes. Add broth as required.

Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper and serve garnished with marjoram leaves.
