400 grams canned chickpeas
1 garlic clove
100 grams cooked and peeled Beets
4 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps finely chopped cilantro
125 grams Natural yogurt
salt
freshly ground peppers
lemon juice (to taste)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and drain the chickpeas. Peel and mince the garlic. Cut the beets into cubes.  

2.

Add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a serving dish or glass jar and serve with vegetables, crackers, etc.
