- Oak leaf lettuce
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 200 grams Cucumber
- 125 grams Corn kernel (in a can)
- 2 shallots
- 6 stuffed green Olives
- 2 Tbsps chopped parsley
- 100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Tabasco sauce
Preparation steps

Rinse the lettuce, wash dry and arrange in a bowl. Rinse the peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and finely dice. Rinse the cucumber, cut into cubes and mix with the peppers. Drain the corn and mix with the peppers. Peel the shallot and finely chop it. Finely chop the olives. Mix the shallot, olives and parsely into the salad. Arrange onto the salad leaves.

Season to taste. Mix the yogurt with the salt, pepper and Tabasco and pour it over the salad to serve.
