300 grams mixed Berry (fresh or frozen)
1 lemon
200 milliliters Whipped cream
4 Tbsps honey
400 grams Yogurt (low-fat)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse fresh berries and pat dry. Thaw frozen berries if necessary. Juice lemon. Whip cream.

2.

Mix berries, honey and lemon juice in a blender until not quite pureed. Stir in yogurt and cream.

3.

Fill serving ramekins with fruit mixture and place in freezer for at least 4 hours.

4.

Remove ramekins from freezer about 10 minutes before serving and let sorbet thaw on a plate.
