Blackberry Grapefruit Popsicles
Healthy, because
Even smarter
Nutritional values
With their phosphorus and calcium content, blackberries help to build and maintain strong bones and healthy teeth. Natural plant dyes provide protection for the body's cells and can regulate high blood pressure. Bitter substances from the grapefruit push the fat burning process and thus make the fruit a slimming miracle.
If the blackberries are out of season, you can either use other fresh berries for refreshment or use frozen berries. If you want them to be less chunky, the blackberries can be finely pureed before freezing.
