300 grams sugar
85 grams softened butter
85 grams Blackberry
4 Tbsps Yogurt (0.1% fat)

Preparation steps

1.

Mix flour with baking powder, salt and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add butter in small pieces, blackberries and yogurt and mix until the dough holds together well.

2.

Roll out 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) thick and cut out circles about 4 cm (approximately 1 1/2 inches). Brush with milk and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) until golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes.
