1 kilogram ripe Blackberry
1 kilogram jam sugar (1:1 ratio)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp Ground cinnamon

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the blackberries, and drain well in a colander. Mix with the sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Set aside, and let rest for 2 hours.

Transfer to a saucepan, and bring to a boil. Cook for 4 minutes, then transfer into the prepared jars. Seal tightly, and turn upside down for 10 minutes. Turn right side up and cool completely.
