Blueberries contain plenty of antioxidants, while yogurt and milk provide calcium, healthy fats, and probiotics.
You can make this vegan by using coconut milk, coconut yogurt, and maple syrup.

- 9 ozs Blueberries
- 9 ozs Red currant
- 1 cup plain Yogurt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 Tbsps honey
Preparation steps
1.
Set aside a small handful of the blueberries and redcurrants and place the rest of them in a blender with the yoghurt, milk and honey.
2.
Blend until smooth then pour into glasses.
3.
Drop the reserved blueberries and redcurrants into the glasses and serve the shakes immediately.
