500 grams Blueberries
1 tsp lemon juice
2 Tbsps powdered sugar
½ packet Vanilla sugar
700 milliliters cold milk
4 Tbsps Cream quark (40% fat)
3 scoops Vanilla ice cream

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and clean blueberries, pat dry with paper towels. Set aside some berries for garnishing. 

2.

Combine remaining blueberries with lemon juice, powdered sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla sugar, puree in a blender. Add milk, quark and ice cream and puree until creamy. 

3.

Pour smoothie into glasses, garnish with fresh blueberies and serve.
