Want to strengthen your defenses and do something good for your figure at the same time? Then reach for ever-popular blueberries. These inhibit the growth of bacteria and viruses and also have only a small amount of calories. The protein contained in the blueberry cashew shake ensures long-lasting satiety and also stimulates our metabolism.

Another plus point is the cashews. The amino acid tryptophan contained in them is converted in the brain into the "happiness hormone" serotonin and can thus counteract minor mood lows. We are happy to reach for this good-mood drink!

Blueberries are particularly sensitive to pressure and mold quickly. Therefore, always transport fresh berries carefully and process them quickly. Alternatively, you are welcome to use unsweetened, frozen blueberries or other soft fruit. After a while, the blueberry cashew shake becomes thicker, as the ingredients contained swell. If this is the case, just like to mix again with oat drink or spoon as a smoothie bowl.
