- 5 ozs Banana
- 4 ½ ozs Beets (precooked, vacuumed)
- 1 ¾ ozs tender Oats
- 8 ozs Silken tofu
- 1 tsp flaxseed flour
- 1 Tbsp Pumpkin seed
- 2 Tbsps Coconut flakes
- 11 ozs Soy milk

Preparation steps
Clean strawberries, removing the stalk and wash. Peel banana and cut into small pieces. Cut beet into quarters.
Put everything together with oat flakes, silken tofu, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, 1 ½ tbsp. coconut flakes and soy drink in a stand mixer or blend finely using a hand blender. Pour pink berry coconut drink with silken tofu into 2 tall glasses. Sprinkle with the remaining coconut flakes and enjoy.
