1 splash lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the blueberries and drain well.

2.

Purée 200 grams (approximately 7 ounces) berries with 100 grams (approximately 1/2 cup) yogurt in a blender. Stir in the remaining yogurt and quark.

3.

Season with lemon juice.

4.

Distribute between 4 dessert glasses and sprinkle with remaining berries. Serve.
