- ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract (or almond extract)
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 4 packaged pizzelle Cookie (for garnish)
- 1 handful edible Violet (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Combine 1 1/2 cups blueberries, low-fat milk, tofu, vanilla or almond extract and honey in a blender. Pulse until frothy and smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into glasses and garnish with remaining blueberries, waffle cookies and edible violets.
