400 grams white bread
40 grams butter
2 Tbsps Tomato paste
1 ¼ liters Vegetable broth
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 Tbsp dried oregano

Preparation steps

1.

Peel shallots and garlic and chop finely. Rinse tomatoes, remove stalks and blanch in boiling water for a few seconds. Rinse in cold water and peel. Cut into cubes. Cut bread into cubes.

Heat butter in a saucepan and saute shallots and garlic for 1-2 minutes. Add diced tomatoes and tomato paste, add wine and broth. Season with salt, pepper and oregano and simmer for 25-30 minutes on medium heat.

Add bread cubes into soup and season again. Pour soup into preheated soup bowls and sprinkle with freshly grated pepper. Serve.
