1 Cutting board, 1 Small pot, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Kitchen scale, 1 Mixing bowl, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Kitchen towel, 1 Pot, 1 Springform pan (26 cm Ø), 1 Brush, 1 Rolling pin, 1 eventuell Wire rack, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Small bowl, 1 kleiner Whisk, 1 Sieve, 1 Fork, 1 Serrated knife, 1 Offset spatula

Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6. Grease a baking tray.
2.
Spread the breadcrumbs on the baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes until crisp and tip into a bowl. Re-grease the baking tray.
3.
Mix together the breadcrumbs, herbs and salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
4.
Dip the chicken strips in the beaten egg, then press the chicken into the breadcrumbs coating all sides. Place on the baking tray, placing any excess crumbs on top.
5.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until thoroughly cooked. Check by inserting a knife into the meat. The juices should run clear when fully cooked.
6.
Eat hot or cold.
