Preparation steps

1.

Cut chicken breasts with a sharp knife into smaller pieces. Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Dip the chicken breast fillet first in flour, then egg and finally breadcrumbs, pressing firmly.

Heat butter in a deep fryer or in a large frying pan (180°C) and cook chicken until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels.

3.

Cut lime into thin slices. Cut chile peppers into thin rings. Dress the chicken with slices of lime and chile rings, drizzle with a little lime juice and serve immediately.
