- 60 grams mixed Dried Fruit (such as plums, apricots, apples, dates, raisins, cranberries)
- 80 milliliters Apple juice
- 800 grams Natural yogurt
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps European-style Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- ½ Vanilla bean (seeds)
- 250 grams mixed Muesli (as desired)
- 4 small Whole wheat buns
- 30 grams butter
- 4 slices Cheese (such as Gouda)
- 4 slices ham
- 4 Cherry tomatoes
Preparation steps

Cut dried fruit into smaller pieces as desired and soak in apple juice.

Mix yogurt with lemon juice, honey, and vanilla bean seeds. Season to taste. Divide among bowls and top with muesli and drained, dried fruit. Halve rolls, spread thinly with butter and layer with ham, cheese, and cherry tomatoes. Serve with muesli.
