- 1 gilt-head bream 1.5 kg (ready to cook, scales removed and gutted)
- 1 lemon (organic)
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 125 milliliters white wine
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
Preparation steps

Rinse bream and place in a baking dish.

Rinse lemon and cut into slices. Rinse rosemary and pluck into small pieces.
3.
Top fish with lemon slices and sprinkle with rosemary. Pour olive oil and white wine over fish and season with salt and pepper.
4.
Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (fan: 180°C, gas mark 3-4) (approximately 400°F) for 30-40 minutes. Serve with a fresh salad if desired.
