28 ozs small Broccoli
1 ⅔ cups vegetable stock
freshly ground peppers
14 ozs Orecchiette pasta

1 slice fried white bread

Preparation steps

Wash and chop the chilli. Peel and chop the garlic. Heat the oil and briefly sweat the broccoli, then add the garlic and the stock and cook for 6 - 8 minutes. Drain and season with salt and pepper.

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling, salted water until al dente, then drain and mix with the broccoli and chilli. Break the fried bread into small pieces. Serve the pasta and broccoli onto plates and sprinkle with the fried bread.
