3 Tbsps Hazelnuts
1 Tbsp clarified butter

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the brussel sprouts, cut in half and cook in boiling salt water for 10-15 minutes. Drain, rinse in cold water and drain.

Finely dice the bacon and coarsely chop the hazelnuts. Saute in hot clarified butter for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the sprouts and let warm for 1-2 minutes.

3.

Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Serve immediately.
