Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the sweet potatoes, peel, cut into thin slices and pat dry. Heat plenty vegetable oil in a saucepan to 160°C (approximately 320°F), add the potato slices and fry in portions until golden. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on absorbent paper. Then mix in a bowl with ½ teaspoon salt.

2.

Fry the gyros in 1 tablespoon oil until brown. Then take out of the pan and keep warm. Then fry the bacon in same pan until crispy.

3.

Add the ground beef in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and make 4 patties out of it. Fry each patty in a hot pan in the remaining hot oil for 3-4 minutes on each side. Toast the rustic roll. T

Place the patties, bacon, and the gyros over the lower half of the rustic roll. Spread the peanut butter over it and cover with the top half of rustic roll. Serve with the sweet potato.
