1 Tbsp vegetable oil
400 grams Ground meat (beef)

120 grams Blue cheese

Preparation steps

1.

Fry the bacon in a hot pan in oil until crispy. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Season the ground meat with salt and pepper and shape into 4 patties. Cook in the bacon grease for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your liking. Peel the onions and cut into rings. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Cut the cheese into slices.

Preheat the broiler. Cut the bread in half horizontally and toast under the broiler. Add the burgers, bacon, cheese and onions. Serve with fries and baked beans, if desired.
