For the salad
300 grams Napa cabbage
200 grams carrots
200 grams Broccoli
½ lemon
2 stalks Celery
For the dressing
1 garlic clove
2 Tbsps Fruit Vinegar
2 Tbsps Sherry vinegar
1 generous pinch ground ginger
1 Tbsp light soy sauce
8 Tbsps sunflower oil
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

For the salad, rinse cabbage, trim and cut into strips.

Peel carrots and cut diagonally into thin slices.

3.

Rinse celery, trim and cut into thin slices.

4.

Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling salted water with a few strips of lemon peel for about 7 minutes. Remove from water, shock in ice water and drain. Remove lemon.

5.

For the dressing, press garlic into a bowl and combine with all dressing ingredients. Mix with the salad ingredients and serve.
