100 grams small carrots (cleaned and cut into 4 cm long pieces)
100 grams Celery (cleaned and cut into 4 cm long pieces)
2 Tbsps sugar
2 Tbsps Sunflower seed
2 Tbsps butter

Preparation steps

1.

Blanch carrots and celery in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain and keep warm. 

2.

Heat oil in a pan and brown potatoes, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with sugar. Mix well and cook, stirring, until sugar has dissolved and potatoes have caramelized. Add vegetables and sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Serve.
