- For the seafood
- 200 grams fish fillets (such as monkfish, scorpion fish)
- 200 grams Scallop
- 200 grams shrimp
- For the sauce
- 200 milliliters white wine
- 1 Tbsp White vinegar
- 1 onion (cut into rings)
- ½ bunch chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsps marjoram
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- ½ tsp finely chopped chili peppers
Preparation steps

For the seafood: Rinse seafood under cold water.
For the sauce: Combine all ingredients, except olive oil and chile pepper in a saucepan.
Delicately poach seafood in portions in the sauce for 5 minutes, do not boil. Remove and let cool.

Stir olive oil and chili into the sauce, let cool, then add the seafood again and let stand for about 2 hours. Serve on lettuce, sprinkled with capers.
