4 red-skinned Apple
1 juice lemon
ground cinnamon (for dusting)

Preparation steps

1.

Toast the nuts in a dry sauté pan, sprinkle with sugar and let caramelize. Remove, spread on a parchment paper and let cool.

Rinse the thyme and pat dry.

Rinse the apples, remove the cores and slice thinly. Arrange the apple slices in a single layer, slightly overlapping, on dessert plates and sprinkle with the lemon juice. Coarsely chop the nuts and sprinkle over the apples. Sprinkle the thyme over the apples and dust with cinnamon. Serve immediately.
