1 Bowl, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Tea strainer, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 deep bowl, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Large knife, 1 large Non-stick pan (with lid), 2 Slotted spatulas, 1 Dough scraper, 1 small Ladle

Preparation steps

Separate the eggs. Stir together the yolks, honey, yogurt, and milk in a bowl.

Coarsely chop the bread and mix with the yolk mixture. (If using fresh bread, add some flour to the batter.)

Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Add apples and nuts and pour in the egg batter. Cover and cook until golden brown on the bottom, about 4 minutes.

Is there a way to make this without the brown bread?

You could substitute another bread into the recipe, but without any bread, the mixture will not hold together.
