6 eggs
salt
3 Tbsps sugar
500 milliliters milk
250 grams Pastry flour
500 grams peeled Apple (cut into thin slices)
2 Tbsps lemon juice
3 Tbsps butter (for cooking)

Preparation steps

1.

Whisk eggs with a little salt, sugar and milk and flour until well mixed. Let rest for 15 minutes. 

2.

Combine apples with 2 - 3 tablespoons of lemon juice.

3.

Heat butter in a pan. Pour 1/4 of batter into the pan and spread with 1/4 of apples.

Cook pancake until golden brown on the bottom. 

5.

Flip pancake and cook on the other side until golden brown. 

6.

Add more butter in the pan and make other pancakes in the same manner.  

7.

Keep pancakes warm in warm oven at 70°C (approximately 150°F). Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
