250 milliliters milk
150 grams Pastry flour
1 Tbsp sugar
1 pinch salt
3 eggs
for the topping
2 untreated Apple
2 Tbsps butter
2 Tbsps sugar
40 grams slivered almonds
2 Tbsps raisins
powdered sugar

Preparation steps

For the batter: Combine the milk, flour, sugar and salt. Stir in the eggs and mix well. Let the batter rest about 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F)

Meanwhile, rinse the apples, dry well, core the center, then cut the apples crosswise into thin rings. In a hot skillet, melt the butter with the sugar. Mix in the apples, almonds and raisins and sauté 1-2 minutes. Pour the batter in the pan and let cook. Place the pan in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from pan, divide into pieces and serve dusted with powdered sugar.
