4 carrots (about 450 grams, with green tops)
½ lemon
50 milliliters Buttermilk

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and peel the carrots. Rinse some carrot greens and shake dry. Juice the carrots and greens in a juicer. 

2.

Rinse the lemon in hot water, pat dry, halve and cut 1 slice for decoration. Squeeze the remaining lemon.

3.

Add the lemon juice and butter milk to carrot juice and season with salt and pepper.

4.

Froth the drink in a blender and pour into a glass. Garnish with a lemon slice.
