3 tsps sugar
2 sheets white gelatin
1 Orange
1 pinch cinnamon
1 tsp vegetable oil

Preparation steps

Rinse, peel, and slice the carrots. Bring 10 tablespoons of water to a boil in a saucepan with the sugar. Add the carrots and cook for 15 minutes. Soak the gelatin in cold water, then squeeze it well. Squeeze the orange, and mix the juice with the cinnamon and oil.

Mash the carrots with a hand held blender, then dissolve the gelatine in it. Stir in the orange juice. Rinse two ramekins with cold water, and add the carrot mixture. Chill in a refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Dip the ramekins in hot water to release the gelée before serving.
