- 1 tsp ginger (freshly grated)
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 4 Tbsps soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps

Peel carrots and grate coarsely. Combine ginger, garlic, soy sauce and oil. Season with salt and pepper.
