1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Box grater, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Small pot, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Whisk, 1 Immersion blender (optional)
Preparation steps

Rinse carrot thoroughly with warm water, but do not peel. Finely grate on a box grater.

Boil the grated carrot with milk in a small pot. Whisk in the spelt. Reduce heat to low and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
3.
Purée with an immersion blender, if desired. Let cool slightly before serving.
