Preparation steps
1.
Put the cashew nuts into a screw-top glass and cover with cold water. Soak in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours or overnight.

Peel the banana and cut into large pieces. Pour off the excess water from the cashew nuts. Put the soaked cashews with milk, vanilla powder and banana in a tall container and puree finely. Add some milk if necessary.
3.
Wash, clean and slice the strawberries. Fill the cashew mousse into small bowls and sprinkle with oat flakes. Place the strawberry slices on the cashew mousse and serve.
