- 1 tsp butter
- 2 Tbsps Sesame seeds
- 2 tsps honey
- 2 Tbsps Spelt flakes
- 11 ozs Strawberries
- 11 ozs Yogurt (low-fat)
- 2 tsps Maple syrup

1 Non-stick pan, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Plate, 1 Bowl, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Sieve, 1 Small knife, 1 Cutting board
Preparation steps
1.
Coarsely chop the cashew nuts.

Melt butter in a non-stick pan. Toast the cashews and sesame seeds until golden brown. Stir in the honey and remove from heat.
3.
Stir the spelt flakes into the honey mixture, then transfer to a plate and let cool.
4.
Meanwhile, rinse and hull the strawberries, pat dry and chop.
5.
Divide the yogurt and maple syrup between glasses. Top with strawberries and crunchy nut mixture and serve.
