Preparation steps

Cook the pasta according to package directions in boiling salted water until al dente. In the meantime, rinse the basil, shake dry and cut the leaves small. Toast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan. Cut the dried tomatoes into strips.

Heat the olive oil and the butter in a large skillet. Cook the tomatoes briefly and add the noodles directly from the cooking water. Add the basil and heat the pan contents for 2-3 minutes, until all liquid has evaporated. Season with salt and pepper. To serve, arrange on plates and garnish with the pine nuts and Parmesan cheese.
