Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the tomatoes and cut in half. Place on a parchment-lined baking tray and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 100°C (approximately 215°F). All to dehydrate for 45 minutes.

2.

Meanwhile, stir the yeast with about 200 ml (approximately 2/3 cup) of lukewarm water. Stir the flour with 1/2 teaspoon of salt in a bowl. Knead the yeast, water, remaining oil, and flour into a smooth dough. Cover and leave for about 45 minutes in a warm place.

3.

Peel the garlic and chop finely. Rinse thyme, shake dry, and pluck leaves. Cover with salt, pepper, and goat cheese.

4.

Remove the tomatoes from the oven. Mix with the pine nuts, garlic, and tomatoes.

5.

Knead the dough on a floured surface and divide into 4 pieces. Roll out into thin cakes. Place on a parchment-lined baking tray.

6.

Distribute the goat cheese, tomatoes, and thyme on the pizza. Bake in the preheated oven at 220°C (approximately 425°F). Bake for about 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Serve immediately.
