1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Nut oil
2 Tbsps slivered almonds
2 sprigs parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse apples, cut in half and remove the cores. Peel celery root and remove hard spots. Grate apples and celery root coarsely. Mix lemon juice with oil and vinegar and stir mixture into the salad. Place salad in a serving bowl.

2.

Toast almonds in a dry frying pan and sprinkle over the salad. Pluck parsley leaves finely, sprinkle over the salad and serve.
