400 grams Glass noodles
2 red chili peppers
2 red Bell pepper
2 garlic cloves
500 grams King prawn
4 Tbsps sesame oil
Lime juice
Fish sauce

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the noodles according the package directions. Cut into small pieces, if you'd like, and drain well.

Rinse the chilis and bell peppers.  Halve, and julienne both. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Sauté with the shrimp in the sesame oil for 1-2 minutes. Add the peppers, and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes. Mix in the noodles, cook briefly, season to taste with lime juice and fish sauce, and serve.
