1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
3 Tbsps olive oil
16 small Artichoke
lemon juice
2 Tbsps parsley (chopped)

Preparation steps

1.
Mix together the garlic and the oil.

Peel the artichokes, cut them in half lengthways and chop into 1 cm long slices. Drizzle immediately with lemon juice. Season with salt and ground black pepper and grill on both sides for around 2 min. (Alternatively fry in a grill pan with a little oil).
3.
Remove from the barbecue and transfer to a bowl. Drizzle with the garlic oil and serve lukewarm garnished with the parsley.
