Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C top heat.

Beat eggs with pepper and a little salt. Combine cheese with cream and herbs.

Heat a little butter in a pan and add 1/4 of eggs. Sprinkle with 1/4 of cheese mixture and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 5 minutes on the top rack. Prepare 3 more omelettes in the same manner.
