Preparation steps

With wet hands, shape the cream cheese into 4 balls. Roll each cheese ball in the chives to coat. Arrange 4 small serving bowls on a work surface. Line each with a lettuce leaf and place a cheese ball on top.

Rinse and trim the radishes, and thinly slice. In a bowl, stir the radishes with the sliced chives.

Serve the cheese balls with the radishes and chives, and also whole-wheat bread if desired.
