- Ingredients
- 150 grams Pastry flour
- 250 milliliters water
- 1 pinch salt
- 50 grams butter
- 4 eggs
- vegetable oil (for cooking)
- 250 grams cream cheese
- 4 Tbsps Whipped cream
- ½ bunch Chives

Preparation steps
1.
Bring the water, butter, and salt to a boil in a pot. Remove from heat and stir in the flour all at once. Stir until smooth and return to the heat. Stir until the dough forms a ball on the bottom of the pot and a white skin forms on the bottom of the pot. Let cool. Add the eggs one at a time until smooth. Fry the dough in 1 tablespoon portions for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown. Drain and let sit on paper towels.
2.
Mix the cream cheese with the whipped cream until smooth. Cut the chives into small rings and fold into the cream. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a piping bag and fill each cream puff until full.
