1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 ½ tsps Chili powder
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp cloves
½ tsp Cumin
200 grams Tomatoes
1 small, red chili pepper
2 Tbsps Lime juice
2 Tbsps chopped cilantro
3 eggs
3 Tbsps milk
1 Tbsp butter
50 grams grated Cheddar cheese
2 scallions
salt
peppers
1 pkg Corn chip

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the garlic and chop finely. Fry the garlic in oil, then add the ground meat and fry while stirring. Add the spices and season with salt and pepper.

Cut the chili pepper in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, rinse and finely chop. Rinse the tomatoes and finely chop. Mix the chili pepper and tomatoes with lime juice, cilantro and salt.

Stir the eggs and milk together, season with salt and pepper. Heat the butter in a pan and pour the eggs into it.

Sprinkle the cheese on the eggs, fold in half, and cook until the cheese is melted. Sprinkle with the scallion rings.

Serve with the ground beef, omelet, tomato salad and tortilla chips on a plate.
