50 grams Roquefort cheese
100 milliliters Grape juice (light)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel kohlrabi (set small leaves aside) and cut into thin slices. Cook in 200 ml (approximately 3/4 cup) of lightly salted water for 5 minutes. Drain and reserve all cooking water.

Heat butter in a pan and add flour to the pan and saute, whisking, for a few seconds. Add milk and kohlrabi water and bring to a boil, stirring.

Grate Gouda and cut Roquefort into small pieces. Add cheese to the soup and melt while stirring. Add grape juice, heat through and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add kohlrabi to the soup and heat through. Pour into bowls and serve garnished with kohlrabi leaves.
