200 milliliters clear Broth

Preparation steps

1.

Peel kohlrabi and cook for 20–25 minutes in salted water. Cook rice in salted water according to package directions.

Rinse tomatoes and dice finely, taking care to remove seeds. Rinse basil, shake dry and chop finely.

Rinse kohlrabi with cold water, hollow out (leaving a small edge) and cut center into small cubes. Mix cream cheese with egg. Mix in rice, diced kohlrabi, tomatoes and basil and season with salt and pepper. Fill hollowed kohlrabi with mixture.

4.

Put kohlrabi in a baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and Gouda. Pour in broth and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) convection for 20–25 minutes. Serve warm.
