400 milliliters Buttermilk
150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
3 Tbsps sugar (or liquid sweetener)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
cinnamon (for dusting)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, pit, and puree the cherries. Add the sugar (or sweetener), lemon juice, and buttermilk. Pass through a sieve.

2.

Divide the soup between 4 dessert bowls. Stir in the yogurt. Pull a spoon handle through the yogurt to make a design in the soup, if desired. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
