- 2 ½ ozs Coconut oil (or butter)
- 3 ozs Molasses
- 2 ½ Tbsps dark brown sugar
- 8 ozs rolled oats
- 2 Tbsps Sunflower seed
- 2 ½ Tbsps Pumpkin seed
- 1 ½ Tbsps Sesame seeds
- 3 ½ Tbsps dried Apricot (chopped)
Preparation steps
1.
Preheat oven to 350˚ F.

Gently melt together the coconut oil or butter, molasses and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
3.
Stir in the remaining ingredients and mix really well.
4.
Spoon into a 8" x 8" greased square pan and gently press ingredients to smooth top.
5.
Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Cool in pan, marking the portions with a sharp knife. Do not cut until completely cool.
